Returns and Exchanges


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on full priced items.

Your return will be processed in exchange for another item or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unworn or unused and with tags attached.

Return shipping will be at your own cost and tracked shipping is recommended to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

We thoroughly check all items before shipping, however if an item arrives with a fault please contact us so that we can assess the damage and either offer a replacement or a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. The cost of shipping the item back to us will also be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
